So it is this time of the month again
September seems to pass in a blink, mainly because I am working
It is clear that this month I have not achieve much, so I will just briefly talk about a bit of everything I guess
1.) Meditation
- Nope, but mainly because I am living with my relatives (excuses)
- Okay, I AIM to do it everyday next month alright ? since I will be moving out tomorrow
2.) Trading
- Positive, but the goal of breaking even seems so far fetched now
- AT least I realize my mistake this year : Position sizing + emotional trade
- I also construct a table to calculate all the probability and risk reward of various setups during sentiment uptrend and downtrend (took me a whole day to write the formula T.T) *with a bit of Sook Leng's help
3.) Books
- Almost finish the book "Trading for a Living" by Elder Alexander, it is one of the best book I have read that covered almost everything
4.) Exercise
- I have been running on treadmill after working
- Sometimes I swim
- Sometimes I use the free weighs in the gym (condo facilities) to do some weightlifting
- Funny thing is I thought I gonna skip gym for a week or two, in reality I went running on the 2nd day after work lol
So that's about it
Hopefully next month I can achieve my full potential as I am moving out and there will hopefully not be anymore major distraction
