Some shows that I watch :)

I used to watch a lot of Hong Kong and Singapore drama back when I was in secondary
I sort of quit when I was in form 4 because I started taking my academic performance more seriously
Also I almost quit gaming, and I have not played some of the popular mobile and online games til now even though people, including those who are smarter than me, are playing

However, I started watching some good TV shows as I become more free after completing CFA level 1, so I would like to share the few shows I watch
I try to make sure a show is worth my time before I commence, but sometimes it may still not be up to my expectation

1.) Rick and Morty

Nellie introduces a show to me, forgot what it name was, and she briefly mentioned that Rick and Morty season 3 is coming this year, and that is how I got to know the show.
I ended up watching only one episode of whatever she recommended, and binge watched the whole 2 seasons of Rick and Morty. I just finished season 3.
It is a FREAKING BIG show oversea, and trust me it is for adult
Edited *I forgot to mention this is also one of the best show ever :P

2.) Death Note

I was googling the best anime of all time, pretty legit if I want to make sure a show is worth investing my time in right ?
Well, it disappointed me. It is by all mean not a shit show. It is a good anime, but come on, to be on top of the list ?
It may be I have a different taste with foreign audience, and also maybe the shows is better in English dub,  because there was a scene I watched on Youtube in English, and it kinda felt better haha.

3.) Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

I was choosing which one to watch between this and DeathNote when I was in my last semester, eventually I chose Death Note over this, and boy was I ever so stupid
It is the best ( not one of the best ) anime series I have watched so far, though coming from me it carries less credibility as I only watched few anime series, but STILLLLL !
Those people who don't watch this because this is an ANIME AND BECAUSE CARTOON IS FOR KIDS, seriously man
This show has so much content than some non cartoon show, it is great, and I unexpectedly cried when one of the character died
I am not one who cry easily, stupid plots that I see a touching scene coming miles away rarely makes me feel anything. It is however, the combination of the buildup, the presentation, and the music that successfully makes me cry like shit.
Good show Great show Best show ever, you won't regret watching this
*I am also probably going to discuss about this show in another blog to tell you some reasons to watch it haha

4.) Shingeki No Kyojin ( Attack on Titan )

This show is good too, but is so much overshadowed after I watch fullmetal alchemist.
However, it is something very original, it also doesn't shy away from some "important people won't die" cliche,  but yeah the VERY important people don't really die haha
Good fight scenes, I appreciate this :)\

5.) Hunter X Hunter : Chimera Ant Arc

In my very humble opinion,  this particular Arc is better than Shingeki No Kyojin
I have not seen the rest of this anime series so I can't judge justly
I was just happy that I found an epic story  that is worthwhile of few sleepless nights :)
In the final battles, there was some obvious stalling, but overall a solid story with good characters

6.) Sherlocks

It is less epic than I expected it to be, since it only has 3 episodes per season and my friends sang praise to it
It wasn't bad either, just maybe my expectation of its production standard is on par with Sherlock Holmes movies
I stopped watching after 2 or 3 seasons, but please don't let me deter you, I believe to some it is a great show

If I have watched other shows in these few years, then I don't really remember haha
I do watch Samurai Jack final season, but okay THAT is really a show for kids
Also, I believe some Korean drama are good shows too, they cater to different audiences
The reason I don't really watch them is because
1. No time
2, You have to tell me a Korean drama is a great show, not another love story
3. My impression is the fanbase always focus on how good looking someone is, rather than how good the show is, it really turns me off because I really think it is rather superficial
